CETCO Liquid Boot Company sells only to LIQUID BOOT® Approved Applicators who are typically major waterproofing companies in their particular region. They must be trained by CETCO Liquid Boot Company and maintain high LIQUID BOOT® application standards in order to retain their status as an Approved Applicator.
